Anjali Singh

RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist | Assistant Professor, AUMP

Anjali is an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist whose work is grounded in depth, empathy, and evidence-based practice. With over 1.6 years of clinical experience, she has supported individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, personality disorders, and substance use difficulties.

Her therapeutic approach focuses on creating a safe, steady, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotional world, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful change. She integrates structured, research-backed methods—such as CBT, DBT, counselling skills, and stress-management techniques—to help individuals develop healthier patterns of thinking, feeling, and living.

Anjali’s experience spans rehabilitation centres, hospital settings, and diverse client populations, giving her a nuanced understanding of mental health across different life stages. Her specialized training in Stress Management allows her to support clients dealing with overwhelm, burnout, lifestyle pressures, and emotional dysregulation with grounded, practical strategies.

Alongside her clinical work, Anjali serves as an Assistant Professor at AUMP, where she teaches, guides, and mentors psychology students. Her work in academia reflects the same clarity, compassion, and integrative approach she brings to her therapeutic sessions.

At Live Your Story, Anjali brings a calm, grounded presence and a strong ethical foundation to her work. She hopes to help individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate their emotional journeys and build lives rooted in awareness, resilience, and growth.
