Therapy is not about “fixing” what’s wrong with you — it’s about understanding what you’ve been carrying and learning how to hold it differently.
In individual therapy, we create a space that’s calm, safe, and free of judgment. Together, we explore your patterns, thoughts, emotions, and experiences to build insight and emotional balance.

Our work may include conversations, worksheets, or creative self-work — depending on what feels right for you.

We support individuals working through:

  • Intrapersonal challenges: self-esteem, self-image, inner conflict, identity exploration
  • Interpersonal challenges: relationship concerns, boundary-setting, communication patterns
  • Anger and emotion regulation
  • Mood concerns: low mood, burnout, or depression
  • LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy — safe, inclusive, and identity-affirming support
  • Adolescents and young adults navigating transitions, academics, or self-discovery

Therapy here is teamwork — 50% your effort, 50% ours — focused on helping you live more meaningfully, not just manage symptoms.

Book Session

You don’t need a ‘big problem’ to come to therapy. Every journey is unique. Therapy is confidential and reschedules are allowed with 24-hour notice.

How long is each session?

Each session lasts 50 minutes to 1 hour. If the session extends, an extra 20 minutes counts as half a session, and anything beyond that is charged as a full additional session.

How far in advance should I book?

Sessions must be booked at least 1 day in advance. Same-day bookings are only allowed for emergencies and come with 50% higher charges, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and we understand things may come up. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the fee.
No-shows without prior notice are charged 100%. Exceptions are made for genuine emergencies.

Are sessions confidential?

Your privacy is a priority. Everything shared in session remains confidential within the ethical limits of therapy. Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly discussed. Please ensure you're in a private, distraction-free space during sessions (especially online)

Can I choose between online and in-person sessions?

Yes. You can select in-person sessions in Delhi or online sessions based on your comfort. After booking, the psychologist will connect within 24 hours to confirm details.
