In individual therapy, we create a space that’s calm, safe, and free of judgment. Together, we explore your patterns, thoughts, emotions, and experiences to build insight and emotional balance.
Our work may include conversations, worksheets, or creative self-work — depending on what feels right for you.

- Interpersonal challenges: relationship concerns, boundary-setting, communication patterns
- Anger and emotion regulation

- Adolescents and young adults navigating transitions, academics, or self-discovery

You don’t need a ‘big problem’ to come to therapy. Every journey is unique. Therapy is confidential and reschedules are allowed with 24-hour notice.
